About The Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager at GoPay Money Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful campaigns to drive growth & deliver healthy financial for one of key business priorities: Loans.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly driven, possess strong analytical thinking, and excel in stakeholder management, as you will collaborate with multiple teams, including Internal stakeholders (CRM, Creative, Brand, and CX) and External partners (Agencies), under the guidance of the Marketing Lead

What you will do:

  • Lead marketing efforts as the main point of contact (PIC) for the overall Loan business including cash loan, & BPKB
  • Create & execute marketing campaigns for Loans (Cash Loan and BPKB) while collaborating closely with the Product Marketing Executive to drive both upper-funnel awareness and lower-funnel conversions.
  • Drive key initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, particularly Business, CRM, and the Creative Team.
  • Ensure strong campaign performance across platforms, including in-app metrics (e.g., CTR for CRM) and external engagement (%ER).
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and effectively address key problem statements.
  • Own and contribute to OKRs, ensuring alignment with stream-level strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Research Team to conduct consumer insights studies and competitive intelligence analysis to better understand market trends and industry players.

What you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (candidates with relevant marketing experience are welcome to apply).
  • Preferred background: Experience in brand management (consumer goods industry) or a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) role in a leading tech company/lending platform.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product marketing.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with key stakeholders such as Business, CRM, CX, Brand, Creative, and Research, with guidance from a manager or mentor.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to track consumer trends and social media insights.
  • Consumer-centric approach, ensuring a deep understanding of problem statements before making strategic decisions.
  • Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders.

Money Management plays a critical role in GoPay’s monetization strategy, with the Marketing Team responsible for generating demand by attracting high-quality users—including both consumers and key stakeholders such as drivers. The focus is on driving engagement and conversion across Liquidity, Banking, Insurance, Loans, and future products like Investment.

Our target audience is diverse and can be reached across multiple platforms, both inside and outside apps. Their financial needs are not limited to just one product but span across various offerings within the GoPay ecosystem, including GoJek Apps and Driver Swadaya Apps.
