About The Role
The main function of this role is as the main PIC for Risk Management’s underwriting policies and procedures within the scope of Credit Risk Management for the financing business under GoTo Financial, both in the consumer lending business and in the corporate lending business.
In addition to the above, this role also actively assists other departments such as Funding, KYC, Anti Fraud, Customer Experience, Compliance, and other related departments, as the main PIC to represent the Risk Management department in the discussions and projects conducted with the other departments.
What you will do
- Conduct portfolio monitoring and analysis related to funding and regulatory matters
- Review current SOP and Internal Memo of GoTo Financial Risk periodically
- Prepare new SOP and Internal Memo when necessary
- Conduct Vendor Risk Assessment from GoTo Financial Risk's point of view
- Participate in Risk budget usage allocation and provide insight to potential efficiencies / improvements
- Prepare and circulate COUPA related materials (Purchase Requisition, Goods Receipt, etc)
- Actively contribute in solving customer service issues from GoTo Financial Risk' point of view
- Conduct blacklisting of users as requested by other departments (KYC, Compliance, Anti Fraud, etc)
- Conduct underwriting function for Corporate Lending GoTo Financial customers
What you will need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations and/or Risk Management, preferably from multi-finance industry
- Comfortable with managing documents and documentations
- Good communication skills
About the team
The portfolio & policy risk management team plays an important part in the overall risk management function of GoTo Financial, since this team often engages with internal and external shareholders such as lending partners and relevant regulators.
